Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tabrador. By creating an account or using the Tabrador web application or Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Tabrador

Tabrador ("the Service") is a tab and workspace management tool for professionals. It is operated by Ryan Johnson ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service allows you to organize URLs into named workspaces, open and close groups of tabs, track time, and share workspaces with team members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Tabrador, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for professional and business use.

To use Tabrador, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription and Billing

Tabrador offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rates described at the time of purchase.

Grandfathered pricing: Early subscribers who subscribe before a price increase are locked into their original rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation terminates grandfathered pricing eligibility.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to subscribers.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of full Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the free tier (limited to 3 workspaces) unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

7. Intellectual Property

Tabrador and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ryan Johnson and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Tabrador name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of any URLs, workspace names, notes, and other content you add to Tabrador. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Tabrador is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Availability and Uptime

We strive to keep Tabrador available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYAN JOHNSON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
